# Model Network

InfluenceHer is selective in the models we onboard, focusing on quality over quantity. We categorize talent into Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels, based on their earning potential, marketability, and niche appeal.

* **Tier 1 Models:** Potentially high-conversion creators with high appeal and the qualities to generate $10,000+ per month. These are the core models of our token-backed ecosystem.
* **Tier 2 Models:** Emerging talent with strong potential. We provide mentorship, branding strategies, and growth support to elevate them into Tier 1 status.
